I am wondering if there has ever been a case where tzniut or kol isha was used as a rape defence by a chareidi man?

I woke up late this morning and so I was late for Shachris. On my walk in to work today I was thinking that if so many chareidim have so much trouble with their wedding tackle, that women davening nearby causes them to become uncontrollably aroused, then maybe they should consider chemical castration so as not to be led astray.
